Fortunately the weather was clearer on the drive back to Palmer and we got to really see the beautiful surroundings

The fair was even smaller than I thought and I was disappointed at how few animals and veggies there were, although to be fair, we came on a wet Friday and the giant pumpkin weighing competition wasn't for another week.
